1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Elevation Growth Solutions' (EGS) services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services Description

EGS provides business consulting, financial services, and automation solutions. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Business strategy and growth consulting
• Financial planning and analysis
• Process automation implementation
• Digital transformation services

3. Service Terms

3.1 Engagement

All services begin upon written agreement between EGS and the client. Each engagement will be detailed in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement.

3.2 Payment Terms

• Payment schedules will be specified in individual service agreements
• All invoices are due within 30 days of issuance
• Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
